Who should not use beard oil?

Beard oil is safe for most men, but there are a few exceptions worth noting. If you have a known allergy to specific carrier oils or essential oils, always check the ingredient list before applying anything to your face. Men with very oily skin or active acne in the beard area may want to start with a small amount to see how their skin responds, as adding oil to already oily skin can sometimes contribute to breakouts. Title by Barbers Beard Oil uses hemp oil and jojoba oil, both of which are lightweight and generally well tolerated. Jojoba oil in particular closely resembles your skin's natural sebum, which means it absorbs well without clogging pores for most people. If you have no beard at all, obviously you do not need beard oil. But if you have any amount of facial hair, from stubble onward, a quality beard oil helps keep the skin underneath healthy and the hair soft and manageable.
